Returns & Exchanges

At Boardwalk Beads, we want you to love your jewelry as much as the shore; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges on all unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your inbox. Simply print it out and securely package your jewelry in its original pouch.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location. We recommend keeping a copy of your tracking number until the return is processed.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
